If bills are not paid within ten days, services may be terminated without further notice. Failure to receive a bill in the mail is not a valid reason for nonpayment. Please call our office to obtain a copy of your bill, or sign up for a free online account for 24 hour access to your account information. If you have been disconnected for nonpayment and choose to pay your balance due online, you must contact our office so we may do a service request for reconnection.
If your service has been disconnected for nonpayment, the City has up to seventy-two (72) business hours to reconnect service once payment of any balance due and related reconnection fees has been received by our office.
To discontinue service, 24-hour notice must be given to the Utilities Department. Otherwise, the customer will remain liable for all services used until the notification is given.
