Room Rentals

Rent a single meeting room, one of our spacious multipurpose gyms, or the entire facility for maximum capacity. Our versatile setups accommodate everything from intimate celebrations to large-scale events. Meeting Rooms
(Mulberry & Sycamore)

Our Mulberry and Sycamore rooms are ideal for intimate gatherings or meetings, with each room accommodating up to 56 guests. Both rooms feature a convenient kitchenette and offer direct access to the serene community center patio, surrounded by our beautiful arboretum and botanical garden. For larger events, an alcove between the two rooms can be opened to create a spacious, combined area perfect for bigger functions.

Multi-Purpose Gyms
(Pine & Oak)

The Pine and Oak rooms are perfect for large events, whether you're hosting conventions, expos, or big birthday parties. Each room can accommodate up to 246 guests and is lined as a full-sized basketball court with two permanent goals, making them ideal for games or practices. The Oak room features a kitchenette, a large stage, and a dressing room—perfect for performances or presentations. The Pine room is conveniently connected to the building’s commercial kitchen, making it a great choice for events that require catering. For even larger events, the center wall dividing the two rooms can be opened to create one expansive space, offering maximum flexibility for your gathering.

• Coffee bar: $15 per 1.5-gallon pot
• Projector/Screen: $25.00

• • We offer a 50% discount for non-profit organizations located in Hardin County (this only applies to the room rental)
  • Entire building rental: Please call us at (270) 765-5551 if interested in renting the entire building
  • Commercial Kitchen: All room rentals come with access to the commercial kitchen. A minimum $50.00 charge will be added if the kitchen is left unclean by the renter.

Arboretum & Botanical Garden

The Arboretum and Botanical Gardens at Pritchard Community Center offer visitors the opportunity to view garden styles, techniques and popular plants from today and from years past. It is a place where one can enjoy a variety of native and specimen trees and shrubs along the banks of Valley Creek. Perennial and annual flower beds are located throughout the gardens providing color from late winter until frost. The flowering plants have been selected to attract bees, butterflies and hummingbirds. Agastache to zinnias found here make it Elizabethtown most beautiful public garden. Bring your camera to catch all the beauty.

Groups can schedule a tour and pick up a map of the garden and trails at the Pritchard Community Center.
