NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is herby given that the Elizabethtown Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Pritchard Community Center, located at 404 S Mulberry Street, Elizabethtown, KY.
The hearing will be held to consider the following:
A Zoning Map Amendment requests to change the zoning classifications from R-2 Suburban Residential-2 to R-3 Urban Residential for property located at 614, 616, 618, 620, 622 Pear Orchard Rd
