CROPLAND FOR RENT
Notice is hereby given that the City of Elizabethtown will receive sealed bids for rental of city owned cropland at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 West Dixie Avenue, Elizabethtown, Kentucky 42701 until 10 am on January 07, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The land consists of approximately 196 acres on Bethlehem Academy Road. The lease agreement will be valid for the 2025 growing season for the entire 196 acres. Interested persons shall submit a bid in writing to include Name, Address, Phone number and Email Address as well as indicating rent offered per acre for a one-year term and/or a three-year term. The proposed lease agreement is available for review at the office of the City Clerk.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to let the contract as a whole or for any part, and to waive any formalities or irregularities in the bids received. EOE
