The Elizabethtown Parks and Recreation Department will host their first Parks and Recreation Fall Fest! on October 23, 2021!
The festival will be located at Pritchard Community Center from 10am-4pm. It will include different activities for families, cost to enter will be free.
We are seeking different types of vendors to enhance the Fall Fest atmosphere. If you are one of the following types of vendors and you would like to set up at the event please reach out the Parks Staff listed below! Spots are limited!
VENDOR TYPES:
Food Vendors– Cost: $100 for the day. Food vendors will be set up in a space outside in the parking lot area. Electric and water will not be available you must be self sufficient.
Craft/Art Vendors- Cost: $25 for the day. You will get a 6×6 spot with a table and two chairs. In order to set up as a craft vendor you must sell handmade crafts/art and at least one has to be related to Fall or Halloween. If you require more than one table you will have to pay for an additional craft vendor spot.
Local Businesses/Organizations– Cost: FREE In order to set up at the Fall Fest you will be required to bring a Fall/Halloween themed game for children that is operable indoors on the gym floor. You will not be allowed to have any games that involve water or liquids that could damage the gym floors. We will have a table and two chairs available in a 6×6 area for your set up.
