The City of Elizabethtown Parks & Recreation Department and KARMA are joining together to bring you FREE Sunrise Yoga classes at the Freeman Lake Bandstand this spring!
ALL levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat and props you may use for practice.
PLEASE NOTE: All classes will take place at the Freeman Lake Park Bandstand area. Please use the Blue Heron gate (Blue Heron Way Elizabethtown, KY 42701,) as this will be the only gate open. Park staff will open the Blue Heron gate at 5:45 am for check-in. Parking will be available in the lot in front of the Bandstand.
