Meetings are held the first and third Monday of each month at 4:30 p.m. at Pritchard Community Center. Work sessions are held on the second and fourth Mondays at 4:30 p.m. at Pritchard Community Center.

The Elizabethtown Tourism & Convention Bureau promotes convention and tourist activity in the community. The bureau is funded through the local transient room and restaurant taxes.
