ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that the City of Elizabethtown is requesting sealed bids for the Freeman Lake Park North End Restroom project. Bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 3rd floor, 200 West Dixie Avenue, P.O. Box 550, Elizabethtown, Kentucky 42702 until 10:00 AM local time on Tuesday, October 28th, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A non-refundable payment for printed documents and/or for free digital download will be required for each set of bid documents
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Pritchard Community Center, 404 South Mulberry St, Elizabethtown, KY 42701, on October 16th, 2025, at 2:00PM.
Bid bonds in the amount of 5% of the total bid are required. The successful bidder shall provide performance and payment bonds, insurance, and licenses as required.
The City of Elizabethtown reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to let the contract as a whole or for any part, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
